Description
Hellhounds, also known as pigdogs by Earth troops, are the closest thing Infernians have to dogs though not really that close. While a scant majority of their DNA is canine in origin, much appears to have come from pigs and even bats. Frustratingly, no hellfauna directly descended from pigs has yet been identified.

Though already fearsome, some demons amputate the eyes and nasal cartilage of hellhounds, especially ones used for guard duty or seeking out escaped slaves and prisoners, which does not hinder them to a great degree, as it does not hinder their olfaction, but gives them an even more gruesome appearance.
