This specific piece:
Very good. I can tell she's a fox, she's smexy, and she's watching me. All things I like.

If you wanted to take it a step further, try polygonal lassooing the parts of her that should be in shade, then filling them with a color darker than the base color.

General suggestions:
Try printing out several screen shots and tracing them. Then, take one of the traces and make some minor changes to it.

I know this doesn't sound as though it'll help, but get more spacial awareness in your drawing; for a start her hand would be planted flat for support, wouldn't it? You could draw in lines for the simple skeletal structure before drawing the actual hand.

I originally wanted her on a desk with the elbow on some books, but this was a quick drawing. Plus the hand is about 1/4" tall on paper
