finally finished my super hero self xD pretty much ended up making Speckles as an antrho/furry thing lol and gave her a little grey kitten side kick, idk why grey, guess I just felt like it lol anyway, basically wanted to do something cute 'cause I draw cute things. didn't make her overly skinny, but not overly fat either, tried to keep it somewhere in the middle. I suck at human anatomy, but this didn't turn out too bad...don't even say anything about the chest, yea I know it's bad lol but as I said, I'm pretty terrible at human proportions for the most part xD I've gotten better, but I still need to work at it.my super hero self powers pretty much bringing cute and colorful things where ever she goes and making everyone happy xD used purples 'cause idk. felt like it lol II was sort of thinking of spring while doing this 'cause it's pretty much my fav season, probably because my birthday is in April xD that and I like flowers and the green grass and the snow melts x3 and it's nice out. it's not too hot and not too cold. so yep.
also, I hate illustrator Dx it's such an annoying program

Ohwow this is so cute and a very unique addition to her gallery! I like how she isn't skinny but not overweight. This turned out really cute! The only two things that bother me slightly is the shape of the boobs (lol sorry) and her knees. But for animal artists like ourselves, drawing anything "human-like" can be tough.

I was tempted to not even post this xD but I figured that since I spent so much time on it and the fact it's not something I usually draw, that I'd post it. yea I know both of those were an issue, part of it is the fact I just fail and the other part is also that the blob brush in Adobe Illustrator is a pain in the butt. I hate that brush. coloring this thing was also a royal pain. I'm not a fan of doing things like this in Illustrator xD it's a lot more useful for doing things like that cat eye I did before xD if I had a choice, I would have done this in Photoshop and likely could have made it a bit better...but yea. close enough. I'm just glad it's done xD I'm not looking forward to working on my bug project in this program though...but hopefully the more I use it the better I'll get at it xD
but yea. making anything human like is a challenge for me, but this didn't turn out too bad considering all I draw is animals xD

Yeah I didn't really like illustrator that much and photoshop is okay. I use it for touch ups and stuff. One I donwloaded the trail of SAI, I really loved it! I hate drawing in photoshop now I'm just not comfortable with it.
But this really turned out great.

it's slightly annoying...lol Corel Painter is worse. omg. I hate that program, so much...Photoshop is alright, I'm starting to get used to it. I've considered trying out SAI but idk.
thanks c: yea, I'm pretty hard on myself to xD but I am pretty bad at them lol so it's not misplaced harshness xD my friends tell me I'm pretty good at them but pfft. they're so much better than I am lol
