to get the haunted metal scrap you need to kill this guy with mele wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Hor… and if you read the page you should be able to tell that haunted metal scrap is a pain to get and to get the ref you need 18 wepons to make 1 ref and you need 2 ref and the last thing you need is this and its an uncommen drop wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Sco…
