From here. I'll be specific because I've been swarming through your gallery and I'm sensing a very high potential in you , if you keep on practicing.

Hey pal, I need you to open your mind , and also don't take these words too hard. I just want to you improve because you are full of potential.

1. Improving the hair.
Your hair style looks great but it requires more detail. This means adding more strands and more variations of shadows and high lights. You also need to study how hair works . Like in this case. Rin's hair , She has a hairline (Left side of her head) That's what causing this form of her hair. This rule applies to every character. Each person's hair has a direction. It can either be two directions (split with hair line) or like that whirlwind thingy up on the head you get the idea.

2. Improving the eyes.
Your style is Anime style , so it will help you if you watch lot of anime. And analyze how eyes looks likes in each character , or what happens to the eye in every expression. Like for example, when the character is in afraid, the iris becomes smaller and you will see less variations of shades in the eyes. Or if the character is Happy, you will notice its eye having full of variations, especially high lights. and their iris is bigger too.

3. Improving facial features.
Each character with respect to their gender and age have different facial features and characteristics. If you stare hard , you'll be seeing that the eyes are either too big or , too far from each other. Learning facial features ( emotions and stuffs ) would surely boost up your style. Even I , struggles to these kind of things.

4.Improving Body features
Each character also has different body features. Female have narrower shoulder compared to male but female has wider hips. In this drawing you will see that the shoulder is a little bit wide for her, so her body might appear a little masculine. Watching tutorials and exposing yourself in deviant art would surely improve your style in no time.

5.Improving your art.
I have noticed that you draw the same pose almost every time. It's a good thing for mastery , but I hope next time you move on different poses each deviation. Even if its hard finish it and upload it here. Stepping out of comfort zone is an essential thing to improve in art. This means you shouldn't stay to where you're comfortable, because you will never ever grow. For starters, you can try different poses, or something that focuses on character's emotion (facial features) or you can add some angles views ( 3/4s , worm's eye viewΒ and bird's eye view)

I can sense you're the type of person who is struggling to improve to I'm here to help you. I'm not that good of an artist but I just really wanna help you friend. Please remember that if you wanna improve , correct your mindset first. Tell your self that you're improving and don't be discouraged. Good luck pal .

Hello! I found this in and decided to give you a few tips! ^^ The first thing I noticed was the lack of shading. Yes, flat color can work in some drawings, but not a lot. Most of the time A drawing will look better if it has some shadows. Next thing is that if you trace your outline with black ink even just a cheap ballpoint pen works!), it will make your outline stand out more. Pencil gray is sort of awkward outline color if you are not making a purely gray drawing. As for areas that I really like about this, her eyes look amazing! The bright blue and sky blue look lovely together and the eyes are near identical in size shape, which is difficult to pull off on paper!
Her hair also looks great, since you did shade that part.
This is a great drawing and you have some amazing potential, keep up the good work ^^

Needs shading, stronger coloring, and more attention to details. But other than that, she's one of my favorite Vocaloids so I can't give this much crap.

Hey, this looks very nice, I love the simplicity in the line art and the gentle colors, but the anatomy in the torso area looks a bit off. Overall, this drawing is very nice and it's something to be proud of.

Really nice drawing! but maybe make the arms lay on the body instead of stand away from the chest (If that makes any sense)
