Description
Modification made for Pokemon Insurgence in regards to the Delta Charizard (Ghost/Dragon) evolution line.Changes include:
• Modified shiny colors
• Aesthetic modifications and changes, mostly focused on Charizard's battle and backsprites.
• Changed the original Delta Charmeleon's colors for Delta Charizard's and viceversa, to keep in line with the original colorization theme of the standard Charizard line.
• Modified overworld and icon sprites to keep up with the changes.

Well, they are modifications based on the Delta Charizard sprites made for Pokemon Insurgence. You'd have to contact the original creator to get permission to use them in your fangame. You can start looking him up either on their forums or on their official Discord (where they are certainly more active). In regards to my changes though, they are free to use as long as you credit me somewhere and you tell/show me were you used them.

Not really. While there is some stuff I've done in Insurgence, this specifically is just stuff I modified just because I wasn't satisfied with the sprites in-game.

Mostly just stuff carried over from Zeta/Omicron (previous game made by the same creators) including my old armored mewtwo sprites, and some Gen VI overworlds/shiny sprites.
