this is a collaboration work of allannyholm and yours trulyallannyholm did all the work actually, as he did all the fiddling around and tinkering with the code.
what he came up with is a port of a CD Art Display skin of mine.

the preview image looks a tad shabby.
i promise, the theme in use looks crisp and clean. it's awesome.
