anooo..I can't remember because I used the [ and ] key to minimize and maximize the pen size. I think any brush size can create those spiky ends. As long as you have a tablet. Are you using Photoshop? I'm not familiar with painting using Photoshop >x<"
I use SAI. Sorry!! Becuase in SAI, the size of the pen also depends on how hard you press the pen on the tablet.

Ohh in Photoshop, do they have that pressure thing? If yes, I think you can create it too. Try SAI, its really awesome :3
