The worst part is I made her Zuko's cousin (on his mother's side).

The sad part is she seems the least sue-ish of a LOT of OC's i've seen. Ever. You can tell in the picture she might have a shy and humorously timid personality, probably because she's not such a good firebender.
She has so much potential. You could make her a Maiko child. It'd be funny. Mai's reserve and Zuko's firebending.

Her being related to Zuko does not make her a sue. If she was related to Zuko, had impossible powers (like bending 2 elements instead of one), was unbeatable, attracted a lot of characters at once, and could beat everyone, THEN she'd be a Mary Sue.
