Description
A dessert sushi taking the traditional tiramisu dish but with a twistA mascarpone filling inside of a chocolate and coffee cake
gingerbread chopsticks resting on a cut strawberry
(top left) coconut "wasabi" [coconut flakes with simple syrup]
and candied ginger and sliced strawberries
and coffee syrup on the plate

Would you mind if I recreated this concept (my own cake/flavor/etc of course, i have a fruity idea lol) of the 'sushi plate' for my own personal enjoyment?
If it turns out awesome I would like to put it in my lil portfolio for pastry school.
