The only thing Isaac had to worry about in this boss fight was becoming dizzy from zero-g jumping so many damned times to avoid tentacles and necro-turds.

Ammo, explosive canisters and you could chuck it's explosive turds back at it if your were quick enough.
A interesting level all thou confusing given the lack of gravity, and you do capture the scene rather nicely I have to say.
