This one was done with Photoshop and it's nifty little Timeline feature which is great for making .gifs

Aww yay! I believe this was Photoshop, or perhaps the Imageready extension (which doesn't exist anymore, it's all tied in.. my programs are ooold!)

all i have is ms paint L: so i cant really do anything... but i love this avatar! i keep getting compliments and im like "i didnt make it if you want to see who did tell me" :3

I have a suggestion! Paint.net is like a mix between MS Paint and Photoshop, very simple and the layout of Paint, and the intricacies of PS! Have fun!
