Wow. Damn. This really caught my eye off the DeviantArt pages...
-ahem- Anyways, Tifa Lockhart. An intriguing character, with an intriguing pose. The piece teases the viewers with its semi-erotic theme; a technique that only works when a good flow of motion is painted -- and of course, this piece renders that very well!
Furthermore, the character has a very sultry look, given through the well painted subtle expressions of her alluring eyes and petite smile. All in all, I feel that the theme of this piece has been projected quite well.
However, there are some small critiques I like to add. The postures of her arms, most notably her right arm (our left) seems a big disproportionate, or in my case, uncomfortable. Now I am not an artist that knows of exact body anatomy, but to me, I feel that her arms can be much less stiff-looking; maybe emphasizing her curves more -> modeling 101.
Morever, the painting style is alright. Personally I like a smooth finish, but the rugged blending of this piece makes it more... rough? I guess that word works.
In conclusion, a well designed piece and character, although I am not quite sure why she is doing that; a message? A tease?
But anyways, a great job.

This image definitely has a rather high impact, seeing as Tifa is teasing the audience. But it isn't very original. I mean, lots of people imagine Tifa doing something like this or even exposing her breast full on in their exotic imaginations.
I think there are some anatomical issues here. One being that the head appears too large in relation to the body. I know her shoulders are going upwards and that can make one's head look larger, but her shoulders should be a bit further out, especially in relation to her back which you can slightly see the side of it. Or probably just add less back, because it makes her perspective look off.
Also, under her left breast, the little bit of torso that you show should pop out a little more (her rib cage, that is). It has a pretty defined bump.
Also, as another member pointed out, the fabric hanging over her breasts looks off. It should be more loose; right now it looks like it's elastic at the bottom of the tank and is hugging her breast. Also with the shading between her breast, it should be more exaggerated seeing as her breast are relatively large, therefore there is a bigger arc between them, creating more shadows. I think the addition of adding nipples makes it more realistic seeing as she is, in fact, wearing no bra underneath.
The hands also seem a little bit off. From the angle that she is holding her tank straps, you should be able to see more of the inner hand, especially the area next to where the fingers are located (that little bit of meaty area that I have no idea what to call). Also, the part of the hand connected to the thumb, and the part of the hand connecting to the other four fingers, there isn't that much shadowing between the two sections; I think you over exaggerated the shading in that little arc.
Her right hand is a bit off in form; you made the side where the pinky is located pop out too much, where it should be a little flatter where it's located near the wrist. The thumb is also out of perspective. Right now it appears as if it's pointing directly to the bottom right corner of the image, where it should be pointing somewhat more to Tifa's face.
I think the elbow guards are supposed to be directly on the elbows (at least I see that's how they are in official pictures), but I don't think it's too big of a deal.
The suspender on her left side shouldn't really be showing. The one on her right side hugs her figure nicely, whereas the one on the left is kinda just popping out awkwardly.
The colors used on the arms and face are a little dull compared to the colors used on her torso. I just think it's a little inconsistent, even if you are showcasing this lustful side of her and want to expose her breast like that. I understand that there is shading, but I think with the addition of a sort of grayish color isn't suiting the picture very well.
The shading between her two lips and the ends of the lips is a little too defined; it should be a little more subtle.
Something I think you could add to make the picture look that much better are many many strands of loose hair, especially at the end of her tied hair.
Overall, I think your shading skills are very good. I especially love the shading on the tank top and the elbow guards, as well as the bangs of her hair.
The shading in her breast is also nice, and that bit of torso that you can see under them are nice as well.

nicely done, even not being a big Final Fantasy fan 
However, i like to think her gesture not only as the usual (not quite disappreciated) tease, but a ironic pun on those gesture men with braces used to do, especially in 19th century... you know when they pulled and made their braces snap, showing their being "though guys"... something like that, but showing a more feminine chest in place of manly pecs... xD Β Β Β Β Β
in short, to me looks more like she's saying she's a though girl who can kick arses

The artwork is 5-star, excellent! However, I didn't realize that the watermark running through the middle of it would be on the copy I bought, so that's 1-star. Averages out to 3-star. Not the best first-DeviantART-purchase experience I could have had.
