Pretty nice font. At text size it creates a very nice texture and I'm quite fond of the squared appearance of the letters. Still, I feel like there are quite some letters which should be improved. I will get into that letter by letter but first you should know that it's very important in a font to balance the negative space with the letter shapes and that the negative space should be roughly equal in each letter. If you vary too much in width and negative space between letters then the texture of the text will become irregular, which disturbs the reading experience.

D – Too rounded on the right side compared to other letters.
K – This design will most likely look nice in combination with lowercase letters but in all-caps the short right arm looks odd. Perhaps you could make an OpenType function so a K with a longer right arm is used automatically when typing in all-caps.
M/W – Way too wide. A W is never the same width as two V's, whether it regards lowercase or uppercase.
N – I'm not sure about those sharp angles. The only other letters in this font which feature the same sharp angles are the lowercase x and z. Perhaps it's good to make these sharp angles a bit softer in all three these letters so the font becomes more consistent.
V – Seems a tad too narrow.

f – This kind of design is a bit of an artifact from geometric typefaces and is often seen in beginning type designers as most of them start with a geometric font. I've always disliked these kinds of 'f' designs though. An f shouldn't be as tall as the ascenders of the other letters. The arch should be lower, and the horizontal bar is placed a bit below the x-height.
i/j – This is another beginner's mistake, at least in my opinion. The tittles (dots) shouldn't come so close to the main letter. They should be placed roughly between x-height and ascender height.
m/w – A lowercase m is never the same width as two lowercase n's. To balance the negative space the m should be more narrow than two n's. Same goes for w in regard to v.
r – The lowercase 'r' can be difficult to design just like J and L because these letters are just not balanced out. The J has empty space (depending on the kind of typeface, because Humanist typefaces tend to have very narrow J's) on the top left, L on the top right and r on the bottom right. I always make the 'r' a bit more narrow and in case of a serif typeface I make the right base serif a bit longer to fill a bit more of the gap under the arch.
t – Same as f.

The numbers are quite good. I would only extend the middle horizontal of 3 and lower the horizontal in 4. I'm also not sure about that curve in 4 as it's so close to the vertical that at text size this detail is lost and it will look like a dark spot.

No problem. I just finished giving feedback on Neatfall as well so I hope this helps you develop it into a great typeface you can actually make money with. Right now I felt there were too many flaws in Neatfall to feature it in the Temple-of-Typefaces gallery but I certainly will when you make some adjustments. Also, deviantart is not the best place to get criticism on typefaces; most people here don't know enough about type design to notice flaws. With Temple-of-Typefaces I'm trying to establish a type community here but it has proven to be very difficult. The best place to get criticism on your type designs is on www.typophile.com. Always feel free to ask me to comment on your work though.
