HAPPY MEIKO DAY EVERYONE! (5/5) The origin of MEIKO day is much like Miku day (3/9), it’s a play on words. May the month (in English) is pronounced similarly to “Mei” and the Japanese word for five, “go” comes from the word “Ko”. Hence, it is “Meiko”.
Let’s call it Cinco De MEIKO!

I painted this using acrylics.
