She is either a pale-ish fancy Lapis, or a close cousin to lapis gemstones, a Turquoise. I adopted her from UltraOof . The changes include cranking up a bit the saturation on the colours, adding a diamond decall to her outfit, some feet design and loosing the white stripes from the hem of her skirt (her colour palette is just amazing, i just wanted to see how the colours synergise together in her skirt)

She can also make clouds. Like a cloud bender. And flood the room with her skirt.

sorry about all the babble on the turnaround, Tumblr has a wierd thing with outgoing links, so I wanted to include the credit on the pic too. Then I got carried away a bit, because I felt wierd about the balance of empty space 8D
