Frankly, this is a nice shot, but the faded color doesn't suit it. I think it should be a black & white or (preferably) sepia photograph. Just me/my perspective of the shot along with the aged-brushed edging to the photograph.
I also love how this shot shows off the lovely ivy draping on the buildings... it's a kind of unusual shot because you cannot tell if there is anything behind the ivy as it's grown to the right and the way the view is set, but that's ok, because it adds a touch of surealness. Also, the photo perspective is curious and invitational because the center perspective narrows, going beyond and down... suggesting the viewer may want to go into the picture and explore what is beyond.
