I don't think so, there were more featuring it, unless they're gone. Anyhow, it must be kept alive, because Viva may have snuck it in her dresser.

It probably would be a surprise to her, but she's pretty level-headed most of the time, and is certainly used to changing her body shape. She'd want to know what was happening and how, or by whom.

Yes, most likely -- it's an engineering instinct. But if she can't gain control and she gets too big (starts to be a danger to others), she'll just restore herself to normal. It's a kind of "reset button" that takes her back to her normal human form in just a moment.

No actual button; she just has to "think" herself back to normal. It always works -- it's part of her powers.
