I'm confused as to the perspective choice in the final panel, and the panel flow seems... a tad stagnant.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix it, so I would research it more, but otherwise, things look good.
I'm a fan of the "parchment" feel of the page.

The final panel is showing a perspective from another building, but as if you were leaning. Unlike manga, panel flow is usually pretty set, because there's so much story in the panel. They are usually straight and boxy.
It's easier that way.

hmmm... I see. I haven't read DC style comics, so I have no idea how they're set up. The recent Marvel comics tend to have hierarchy also, though. I guess the brand really does make the difference, in these cases.
