Slumming again...
A squatter camp under a bridge spanning Manila's Pasig River.
These folks seem to have quite a duck farm going.

BTW Does Bokingford have as little grain as it looks like here?

Thank you, Teresa, I'm glad you like my slums!
I have a third one in the works, but that will be the last, at least for now. Scenes like these are not exactly common in the part of Manila where I live, and it is very rare that I have occasion to pass by areas where they are.

Re: Bockingford paper
It does have a little grain, but not much. I'm not too crazy about it. It's a totally humdrum paper, doesn't have much seizing, but it is OK for "normal" painting and it's cheap, like 1/3 the price of Arches. I bought a few sheets to try it out, but I don't think I'll get any more.
