Gonna admit that I really like Fenris with that short hair cut. I just love short hair, but I do make an exception for Anders. Though I am certain he'd look good with short hair too.

Actually, I love long hair and I do an exception for Fen because he just looks better in short hair imo. 
Check out this or this for various Anders's hairstyles including short hair! I think he looks amazing in all of them, but my fav for him is still long hair.
