Description Inspired by a British visitor who likes werewolves, and clangy James Horner soundtracks.

I don't think the glass would actually fracture this way, which is why I didn't work it up further - besides, I like the way the pencils look.

At first I wondered why the werewolf wouldn't come in the side window, but that's probably closed too. You're right about the glass shattering inward unless the truck was pulling back. I love the sketch, though!

I kinda figured that the truck drove right *at* the werewolf, and this is the next chunk after he/she leaped onto the hood to get at the people within. Presumably the passenger was armed and therefore a more immediate threat.

Is that a Post Truck?

I'm pretty sure the glass shards would scatter INWARD.

(I've lost count of the murder mysteries that hinged on that particular detail.)

Not if the car was moving in reverse.

Actually the there wouldn't be any shards at all. Windscreens are made of a special safety glass which avoids shards: [link] [link]

The safety glass breaks into little cubey things that look pretty much like what pachycrocuta's drawn here. I'm not sure what to call them if not "shards" -- "fragments"?

That only happens with the side and rear windows. The windscreen is made of a other glass.

Depends on how old the car is, now doesn't it?

No, but I was hanging out with my friend, who's British and really likes werewolves, and I think things went from there.

Wellllll...
I only say that because when the guy finally, finally, finally gets around to turning into a werewolf, he first ducks under a table.
