With K. Rool now gone and tending to his bruised ego, I can totally see the kongs (well, some of them) getting out of the adventuring practice.
And I'd probably be more in Dixie's situation than Diddy's.

Tikis are fun enough to pound now and then for sure, but nothing compares to kicking that Kremling King's hide. Hopefully these two will get that chance again someday soon.

I don't know about Dixie, though; judging on the past, oh, 10 years, it seems she isn't good enough for adventures anymore. And since then she's starred in virtually every sports game known to man, so those are out, too. There's only one future looming for Dixie now: COOKING!

Yay for Nintendo DK spinoffs!
Although I must admit, if Dixie's Cooking Adventures was released, I would certainly buy it. Gosh knows I could learn a thing or two from it! And the idea of cooking excites me, even if the extent of my culinary expertise is limited to KD.
But I honestly hope Nintendo changes their outlook on the DK franchise soon. For Kongdom's sake.
