Description
Two resident killer whales porpoising. Killer whales "porpoise" when they want to move at high speeds- it is usually related to prey.
Resident killer whales are fish eaters(primarily salmon). Unfortunately, this population featured in this photo is very endangered, with only 75 individuals left.
