So.. Elliot the dragon from the Pete's Dragon movie scared the crap out of me for some reason when I was a kid. I had reoccurring nightmares about him chasing me. He's probably the friendliest dragon ever but in my dreams he was an asshole.
I tried recreating my room back when I was a kid to the best of my memory :]

I think we all have those characters from our childhoods that weren't that scary in retrospect, but for some reason terrified us as kids. For you it was Elliot the Dragon, for me it was the characters on that old show Dinosaurs.
EDIT: Oh and also Falcor from Never Ending Story.

Haha that's awesome. I was born in '82 as well but in Colombia, South America. I moved to the States fairly young though.
And I honestly don't know how I ended up with the Bengals helmet but til this day it's one of my favorites.

OMG! This brings back so many many child hood memories. I always remembered the characters but forgot the name of the movie. And Another thing I remember was the freakish scene where the crows attack the bad guy in the end & leave only his eye.
