ive seen this on a book cover - the phantom menace novel if i remember correctly. cept it was in colour

The official novel has Darth Maul on the cover--but I'm sure there were other novels with this picture on the cover. I honestly have no idea!

No way, man! That would have been a bad idea. No one would have been around to kill the Emperor 24 years later! It's Obi-Wan's compassion that saved the galaxy.

All though, in reality, he should have killed him right there.

Oooooh, yeah, that's true...since it was Vader who tossed that old bag of wrinkles to his death in the second Death Star.
