i wanna submit this to two things: 's contest and 's contest.
hope thats ok. O_O
they crave recognition. and the sand sibs just cannot STAND to be underestimated. and baki wants a bigger check so he can have plastic surgery on his lips. again. x3

YES.
Everybody sees Ino as this stupider, jerkier version of Sakura when she's her OWN person, whom Sakura borrowed a lot from. They all conveniently forget that SAKURA not INO broke up teh friendship over Sasuke.
Chouji- Sadly, they see him as "The Fat Kid" even with the awesome Sound 4 Episodes. Ha, recent chapters should prove them wrong... Underfed, LOL.
Shino: Heck, most people only use him as humor fodder. He does NOT get enough screentime.
Hinata: Get rid of NaruHina, Strong Hinata, and Sexy/confident Hinata, and Hinata is really unappreciated. I admit: I support NaruHina, but I support Hinata the character too.
Kiba: Stupid Dogboy, says most. And the ShinoKiba/KibaKank (GAG)
Speaking of Kankuro, he's under appreciated because yes, he is underestimated. 
Asuma, ah yess The forger of the strong bond Team Ten shares, and the discoverer of Shikamaru's genius. No one pays attention to him.
Iruka really deserves his spot. He consistently gets top five- but let's face it, those are mainly KakaIru fangirls who only see him as KK-kun's Twu Wubv OMG. He's the one who practically raised Naruto, who was always there for Naruto. NOT Kakashi. NOT Minato, NOT Jiraiya. The honor of being Naruto's true father goes to Iruka. And no one else cared enough early enough to claim that right. SO why do the Kakashi fangirls give it to him? No one appreciates that aspect of Iruka, or the fact that he's a chuunin, not a weakling. And so on...
Genma. Sigh. He's the worst of the lot...
Gai, YES. No one likes or appreciates Gai. They all think he's a weirdo, when he's a far better teacher than Kakashi ever will be. (A quick note: I like Kakashi, but he's overappreciated.)
Baki: Ha, I have only met one Baki fan in my vast browsign of the Naruto fandom. He deserves a spot.
All in all, good job! I like the way you drew Ino and Hinata. Ino's face is perfect, and Gai is so unusually grave...

Ha, it's funny because just about all of the characters in there ARE all under-appreciated... except Hinata. Hinata's way over-appreciated... seriously, take one stab at her in any discussion board, some Hinatard will brutally call you a bitch and go, "ZOMG11! HINATA PWNS!111!eleventyone!111!"
And Iruka IS under-appreciated! You would think that he wouldn't, being so important to Naruto's development... weird, huh?
