Not a bad character design; I adore the earring and the hair is pretty cool. Armor looks good too. But to be perfectly honest, the name itself just screams Mary-Sue to me. The description checked out okay, but the name automatically made me a little skeptical, and if there is a fanfic on this, I wouldn't be sure if I wanted to read it.
A little constructive criticism: changing the name would make a big impact on how some people would observe your character. Most people, particularly writers, will turn their noses up instantly at a name like "Moonshine", and won't dare venture further to learn more about her; names of that kind of flavor are usually indicative of a Mary-Sue. (I almost stopped reading when I simply read the name.) For starters, most Saiyans don't have last names, as far as I can tell. And as for her given name, I don't know about "Triona"; it may be Saiyan or not (as in, a pun on vegetable names), but I can't be sure with the lack of explanation. If it is a vegetable pun, very good; if not, you might want to change it, purely for the sake of precedent, particularly if she is a full-blooded, Planet Vegeta-born Saiyan.

Co do włosów - przeciwieństwo ojczulka. Mega wytapirzona Saiyanka. Nie wygląda na głupią? Stwarza pozory. Hehe. Pewnie jak liczy to idzie jakoś tak "raz, dwa, trzy, wiele" 
Ja podejrzewam że ona ma ciągoty do pięknisiów jak ojciec. Ale to się okaze jeszcze.

Takich odruchów spodziewałabym się po Nappie 
Jak znajdę / wymyslę odpowiedniego kandydata to będe pamietac zeby ci pokazac. Jak narazie wiem tylko jedno - albo bedzie mial mase wlosow albo wcale lub znikome.
