I'm so glad I've recently discovered decora. I loved putting things all over my hair and the like like that, but did not know that there was an actual name for it and a community! hehe
This chibi came out so cute. She makes me think of decora and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, but very pastel.

Nice use of color, they aren't too overwhelming, which is a challenge in my opinion when it comes to dealing with bright colors like these. I think it shows that you have a great understanding of how color and color theory works. The line work is also very clean which is always something to appreciate. It is also yes, very cute. I love it
