My Red Rump tarantula.
She's still a baby so is just starting to get the red hairs on her abdomen that the species is known for. Also she has some red hairs on her back legs. I read that's a sign that it could be a female! I really hope so b/c then I will be able to enjoy her for a lot longer! Males only live a few yrs but the female of this species has been reported to live as long as 15 yrs or more.
