On Duty Clothing: Oh he has a fairly skintyte outfit with a cropped jacket and big stompy boots. There are large spaces over his shoulder and back to allow the sun to reach his skin. When he isn't soaking up rays he wears a jacket over the gaps in it.

Overall Appearance: He seems rather brooding and silent in the corner unnoticed but can spark into bouts of anger. You almost always see him with a sort of flush to his face.

Power: Solar Energy
Jayden soaks up solar rays through his skin and it's stored as energy in his body until he uses it. He can expel this energy in bursts from his hands feet or mouth/eyes to create a very effective attack. He can vary the strength of this attack to melt through walls, knock things over or carve a hole through a solitary pane of glass. The usual amount of power in an average solar blast is about the same as getting hit by a gar going 25 miles an hour. Enough to knock a person over and possibly cause significant damage or just get up and walk it off.
Jayden can also shoot illuminating bursts into the air, hold small amounts of energy in his hands to light the area around him or signal for help.
He can make his body grow extremely hot, the heat can only radiate out enough to fully heat a room about as big as a large elevator. He can moderate the heat to only warm a room slightly or to roast all inside it alive. It gives him severe sunburn if he expels energy this way.
He can channel the energy into making various electronic devices run, but nothing much larger than a car or a helicopter or something that cannot take his manner of energy.
He can channel the energy to his feet and use this propulsion to fly.

Limitations:
He can't gain solar energy during the night when the suns out, he can only use the energy that he has stored. If he runs out of energy he is powerless until the sun rises and he is able to refuel. There is no other way for him to get energy but from the direct rays of the sun.
He cannot manipulate the energy directly to make swords or other types of weapons, he can only throw or blast energy. If he were to attempt to mold the energy it would get out of his control and become unstable. He can hold minor amounts of it in hands to use as a light or other ploy.
His body cannot withstand the massive amount of energy buildup in his system. He has to get rid of the extra energy to keep himself from overheating. If he doesn't use the energy as an attack then it radiates away from him and can harm bystanders as well as give him burns. It keeps his energy levels at a fairly low and constant level, easily drainable if he exerts himself.

General Personality: He has a hot temper but was taught by his musical production agent to contain it for the fans, so instead he withdraws himself emotionally from others as to not set it off. He's aloof, self righteous and stays quiet for the most part. He can be bashful and can show a large variety of emotions but tends to dislike the interaction that gets him to that point.

Goals for the Future: He wanted to become a highly famous musician but his sudden powers threw a wrench in his plans. Right now he's taking being a hero like being in rehab so he can perhaps be with the band full time in the future.

Backstory:
Jayden was brought up in a lovely household by his mother and father but they were rather disconnected and Jayden rebelled once he got older. He started a band with his best friends and it took off, he left home a little before he turned eighteen and they went on tour together. Jayden was sent his stone as a gift from a fan in the mail. The girl wrote that she found it on the beach and the way it was cut beautifully like sunshine within glass compelled her to send it to him for some reason. He first got his stone before a show backstage. Once he went on and began singing, he made a gesture with his hand and suddenly the crowd flew backward as a bright flash of light pushed them back with an unnatural force. There were a few cuts and scrapes but thankfully no injuries. Due to his newfound abilities, his band, manager and many fans coerced him into joining the League of Heros in Patriot City. They hoped that this would prove to be the best way to keep him safe while simutaniously distancing themselves from him. He did join the league grudgingly, not wanting to leave his music to be a part of a group of freaks. He isn't a fan of heros or villans, he is in the grey area between good and evil and finds the struggles of people with powers to be no problem of his. But now with powers he allowed himself to be pushed into the hero program and has been in the league ever since. He has tried numerous times since then to break his stone but it is harder than anything he tries to break it with, but he wishes to be a normal person again more than anything. He still hopes that he will be able to go back to making music one day.
