Acrylics on Rock
I haven't painted traditionally in far too long, am very out of practice x) Growing up I loved painting on rocks with my Mom, have been meaning to do it again and finally did. Just a quickish warm up painting done this morning

How many shades did you use on them?

just used variouos shades of orange and a bit of yellow on the eyes, on the whole owl its various shades and mixes of brown, yellow, white, black, and orange
