Im on mobile, so I'll keep this short and sweet.
overall, the picture is quite sweet, but there need to be some parts that need to be worked on.
Firstly the shading. The shading seems to obvious and smudgy, and I can't really recognise the light source based on the shadowa alone.
another thing that bothers me is the grass at the back, it seems too big when compared in proportion to the painted dogs.
Also, you might want to add a glow to the sun to give the picture more of a sunset feel.
