The title says it all; this is a pic of a couple in Warriors, which (at least in my opinion) should have been! And in case you do not recognice them, I'll tell you that they are Longtail and Mousefur :3 Not Cinderpelt and Firestar this time

When I read the first Warriors arc, I actually didn't like either of these characters. But it doesn't mean that I hated them! They were just cats among the others. However, when Longtail lost his sight and was forced to move to the elder's den, I started to appreciate him more. Same goes for Mousefur (but she didn't lose her sight, naturally). These two took care of each other and had so close friendship in their last seasons alive that I completely fell in love with them<3 I always hoped that they would become a couple, since they were so close, and there were many hints that gave us a thought that there was maybe something more between these two...? Or maybe I'm just too optimistic Well, at least they were very good friends.

Now that I have started to read this first arc again, I cannot stop searching scenes in which they are doing something together! This pic I have drawn is not any real scene in the books. I think it's just one moment when they are still young and healthy and on a patrol or something like that :3
