I picture this concept to be a dark ride, maybe a walkthrough attraction. I figure this would have a sign saying “Warning! This ride is intense, graphic, and not for the faint of heart. Enter at your own risk!” I’m thinking the rail car would be based on either the helicopter or the airboat from the game housing 2, maybe 4 guests. Think Jurassic Park/World River Adventure, but more horror oriented. The ride would likely be a dark ride type, with or without water.

The dinosaurs from the game:
Velociraptor: Animatronics like the JP movies and suits like the ones from the Walking with Dinosaurs Spectacular. Used for ambushes and jump scares.
Pteranodon: animatronic prop. Think WwD Ornithocheirus.
Compsognathus: Puppets like the ones for The Lost World Jurassic Park
Therizino: animatronic suit, no more than 2
Ultraraptor: late second act, animatronic suit.
T. rex: animatronic (obvi) like the one from the Walking with Dinosaurs Spectacular.

Maybe a few originals like...
Stegoceras or Pachycephalosaurus: animatronic, portrayed as more aggro than the raptors, introduced via ramming down a door or wall at end of first act.
Scolosaurus: animatronic, middle of second act, at least 2 encounters. Intro: stirs to life when Regina walks on its back thinking it was a boulder.
Therizinosaurus- introduced in second act by plodding through the jungle in the middle of feeding before spotting Regina and going on offense, no weapons, and Regina sneaks around while the slasher tears up her cover in first encounter, 2 more run-ins, the second of which is where it drives off the T. rex.
