make a new layer.....than...change the layer blending mode to color.....than change the forground colour to something you want ....and colour the eye with te brush tool

Oh dear.. I'm soooooo sry for my stupidness and my bad understanding of the tut^^
I get the exposure, but i don't know which array it has to be, if you know what I mean..(well, my photoshop is very old xD, it's the 6.0 version)

that tut is kinda complicated to new users...i onyl lossely followed it...
all you need to do is after you've colored your eye...... use the burn and dodge tool to make parts of the eye and picture daker...and brighter...
keep playing around with it
