Beautiful work, but as you will see when "Monsters University" comes out, Randall is NOT evil! He was simply a being who had been hurt so many times, by monsters he trusted and whom he thought were his friends, that he became desperate for one last chance at acceptance. When Waternoose, the REAL villain of "Monsters Inc.", made him that offer to build the Scream Extractor, he jumped at the opportunity. By the time we see him in "Monsters Inc.", he's simply reached the end of his "rope", figuratively speaking, emotionally and mentally. Everyone has limits, yourself included, and the right person can push YOU to that edge, too, where you will willingly do things you ordinarily would know were wrong. I've nearly been to that edge myself, so I completely understand Randall's pain and desperation. That "nerdy and shy" personality is Randall's "default" mode; what we see in "Monsters Inc." is the end product of years of rejection and far more stress than most of us can handle.

Nice! Maybe the movie will even show how he became evil on Monsters University, just a guess.
