Yeah...I think I added TOO MUCH detail...but it's kinda hard to work with not-so-detailed-but-really-pretty-pokemon-designs like, mew, mewtwo and this one, mewthree? [link]I don't even know. Just having fun with designing this I guess,
sorry for the lazy coloring, I got tired...the lineart toke 30+ layers,
And sorry for posting too much, im trying to get a lot done befor I DIE in exam time, which is...really soon
anyway, I feel like designing gijinka's again ;v;, the last gijinka I did was....4 months ago? I think...but I wanna make, mew, mewtwo, rayquaza, latios, latias and a bunch of other legendries. honestly I love a lot of the legendry pokemone ;v;.

well, on a new layer, chose a color that's a lighter tone to your base color (not white though) and use it, make that layer Overlay.
then make another layer above it use an airbrush and pick white this time and slightly go over it, make this layer Overlay as well.

Not that that's a bad thing - I thought her design was similarly complicated and gorgeous. Extreme on the details, yes, but done beautifully.
