Anyway the chick next to Scourge is Panic's anti counterpart Peril, I figured I'd make an evil side for her ;3

She's a close friend to Scourge, or maybe perhaps too close, they have their little "Sessions" but to Peril, it's nothing serious, she just wants somebody she can tease with ;3

Peril is malicious, evil and spiteful, she's also a thief which explains why she has one of the Anarchy gems and is teasing Scourge with it, the two always go out to bars, and stealing stuff...and messing with Scourge.
She lost her right eye to Rosy in a fight, her and Rosy are hated enemies and Rosy hit Peril in the eye with her hammer.

Peril: You want this dontcha Scourgey?
Scourge: Yeah...and somethin' else too <_<
