Yep it's her

It took me a while to get a design for her, she doesn't really wear pants actually, I decided on the last minute because she looks better with out them.

Name: Panic
Nickname: Panniku, Spazzy, Ashe
Age: 20
Species: Hedgehog/Badger hybrid (Meles Meles Anakuma: Japenese Badger and European hedgehog)
Gender: Female
Skills: Speed, Chaos Control (Taught by Shadow) in her "Dark" form she uses dark Lunar powers.
Weakness: Water (She can't swim) When in her "Dark" form the possible side effect is that it cost her a shred of her life.
DOB: January 1st
Birth Place: South Island
Personality: Somewhat shy, loud, obnoxious, caring, short tempered.
Likes: Cooking, Seafood, Spicy Food, Techno, Messing with Sonic, Diesel and Freedom
Hates: Tears, Conceded people, birds, Standing still, Injustice and Selfishness.
Family: Foster father Sir Charles Hedgehog.

Bio: Panic was born at the same place as Sonic, South Island but was force to leave due to the fact that it was being destroyed, as a child, her mother was roboticized but shortly died after the result, her father committed suicide after seeing her mother in that state and was forced to live in Knothole.
Sir Charles, Sonic's uncle took her in as his foster child, she also learned how to be fast thanks to Sonic, who taught her also the facts of life and having a free will, she never had a name until Sonic told her not to panic when they headed out to Eggman's base as a child, she happened to like the word because it sounded similar to Sonic's name.

She joined the Freedom Fighters in order to stay by Sonic's side but after meeting Amy when her and Sonic went to Little Planet, she found Amy wanted the same goal, so the two became pretty close, almost like sisters.
Mina and Amy are her two closest friends, since they all have one thing in common, their admiration for Sonic, Panic also idolizes Shadow and learned Chaos Control from him.
Almost like Sonic, Panic transforms into a vicious beast called "The Demon Gene" also known as her dark form which is common gene for Badgers, but her heart does NOT remain the same, she becomes more powerful and loses all control, that she may destroy everything in her path and it's so powerful, that it can possibly kill her.

It's been rumored that Panic and Manic like each other, but Manic says he has no interest in her even though he sometimes messes with her and she busts him and Sonic's balls all the time.
She is also Diesel's godmother as well.
