I would never recommend it for art as I personally think it's extremely uncomfortable and just uncool to use compared to SAI or well, anything else
It's neat for throwing together animations, effects, and graphics
I haven't tried the latest versions, Ani does say they're much better, but the PS CS3 I use ain't a charm at all uwu
Speaking of which I have cracked PS CS3 installation in my dropbox if you need it
