This is fanart for Planescape: Torment, one of my favourite games ever!!!
This scene takes place right at the beginning of the game, when you wake up from the dead at the mortuary, scarred and tattoed beyond recognition and with no memory of who or where you are.
Soon you meet the ghost of a woman (Deionarra) who claims you were once lovers...
Everyone should listen to Deionarra's theme, it's awesome! Torment has a really powerful soundtrack.

very good w/Dieonarra, but TNO leaves more to be desired, you should have distorted the tattoos with more scars, he looks too smooth

yeah i love the part where you walk up to her and her theme starts playing...it's really evocative and haunting. almost wish she could be an npc...

Deionarra's theme is the most beautiful piece of music in this game ^^

Wow, I wouldn't have known it wasn't a screen capture of the game if you didn't disclose that it wasn't.
I can't say I've ever gotten around to playing that game, but my wife has played the hell out of it since well before I've known her. She also loves the game's soundtrack; she was ecstatic when she realized Vista automatically rips soundtracks from games and puts them in a folder in mp3 format. I'll be sure to bring this deviation to her attention.

All the official art for ps:t are awful-looking 3D renders (although the in-game graphics are beautiful, hand-drawn 2d images à la Baldur's Gate), so no screenshot here...
