I've been doing kind of a half-assed inktober challenge over at Tumblr (started a week late and have skipped couple of days due to real life scheduling) with the daily prompts centering around one of my story settings, Simon's zoo of magical beasts. I thought this one deserved its own spotlight here because daymn that's maybe my best inking here.Simon is a vampire, and the titular owner/janitor/jack-of-all-trades of the zoo. He's too stingy to pay himself for working nightshifts, so instead he just covers up a lot as he goes to work during the day. Not sure if I managed to draw the hat ridiculously big enough.
Maybe I should put the other drawings here too? Not sure if individually or in a doodle dump. Maybe both?

A vampire who works at a zoo? Now that's interesting. Yet he is rocking that outfit. And holy carp, that is fantastic ink work there.

Wow that's actually a really good ink work! Simon sounds interesting as well; certainly love his outfit for a vampire
