Description
The final evolution of my ice owls. I was inspired by the viking owl boss in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, I won't lie. But I mean, there are arctic owls around the Nordic regions, so it's fair game, here. It also leads for a fun design with cool typing and unexpected by you guys. I'm really happy with this final design.

Frowlst
The Winter Storm Pokemon
Ice/Dragon Type
Ability: Snow Cloak / Pressure
Frowlst are rumored to live in the ice caverns of northern Naveno. These Pokemon's wings alone have enough force to cause avalanches. Few have seen them and lived to tell the tail.

Snowl --> Level 45 --> Blizbird --> Level 65 --> Frowlst
