Description More from storyboarding class, this is what I've been doing for about the last 3 days. Ha, no joke, haven't gotten much sleep. Finished the project though. So much to do lately.

Expect to see more of this. c: It's a serious project I'm working on, outside of class too. It's pretty much about Candyland being bombarded by the Industrial Age. Fun right? lol. I'll keep you kiddies updated.

(Btw, the shark is an overgrown Swedish fish). Can you spot all the candies?

The animation I made for it got corrupted and all sorts of crazy, annoying problems popped up with it, but I'm going to upload one of the finished sections. I'll have to figure out how to make it work better in the future.

So, that's all! Hope you all are getting along okay! I'm sorry I've been so sparse.

c8 I'm a sophomore majoring in sequential and minoring in concept art for games. I love storyboarding but I don't have the endurance for it. But one of my roommates is minoring in it, and she really loves it.

I love professor Phillips. Had him for drawing 1 and I have him again for drawing 2 next quarter.

He's great! I didn't have him for drawing 1 or 2, just for storyboarding, but I think he's the best drawing teacher I've had for learning practical drawing skills. c8 I hope I get to take another of his classes at some point.

yea? He just kept saying "good, good" and talked to himself while looking at art blogs when we were all working haha. It felt too easy, but then again it's just drawing 1 so I'm not going to jump to conclusions about his teaching style.

but I loved him cause he's so passionate about art and man his sketchbookkkkkk. I snuck glances at his sketchbook whenever he left it open on his desk haha.

lol, yeah, he's always like that. I've never seen his sketchbook though.

He was just very helpful with learning perspective, and refining life drawing skills and all sorts of other things. c8

I really wished I'd have listened more carefully. I hope he goes over it again in drawing 2

All of these are great! The composition is just pro! I especially love the 1st, 4th and 6th, also really good use of dynamic tilting in the last one. You are so talented! >3< And hardworking too!

i love every scene! you are improving so much and have a great concept of where shadows are supposed to go and the expressions are great. each scene has it's own dramatic feel to it and i love that it gets me thinking of intense orchestral music like in an epic movie sequence.

I really love the second panel for some reason. It just jumps out to me. The colors in the sixth panel are just lovely and well-selected.
