Yes! It's exactly what I was thinking while I was drawing it!! 
Yes, it's also true that I am pretty certain that Goku has a great respect for people (developed in many years), so probably, it's very hard to see him doing something intrusive and phisically annoying (unlike when he was young).
But in general, when he touch someone or when he takes certain liberties, it's because he knows that he can, even if his interlocutor acts like if he doesn't appreciates Goku's attitudes, it's more a matter of embarassement rather than bother.
And I notice that Frieza doesn't has problem while he touches Goku.
Even when they fougth for the first time on Namek there wasn't this problem.
On the contrary, Frieza tryied to has a lot of interactions whit him, even after Goku defeated him, Frieza has continued to try to talking whit Goku. Subsequently, since they were both very pissed off for a lot of good reasons, the debate had a pretty bad ending (like we all know), but even in they're final fighting scene (where Frieza tryies to hit Goku with an energy beam, but Goku seands it back, defeating him), There wasn't hate between them, but rather anger and frustration.
Also, Frieza was nearly on the edge of thanking Goku, after receeving his energy.
I found this particolar very interesting, considering everything.
So, despite Frieza's very bad temper, I think that if there's someone that could touch him or being "intrusive" with him, without bothering him too much, this someone is Goku. Afterall, it seems like he is the only life form (other than his self, and maybe his father) to whom he is interested, in someway.
