This is a very nice drawing!Β I like the details you added and the colors are nicely done!Β However, Adagio's pose is a bit awkward.Β Her legs are facing a different way than her body is.Β It's a very uncomfortable position.Β Her legs should be facing the same way her torso is.Β

Where do I begin?
I've seen the dazzlings in other attires other than the ones they wore in the movie and this has to be the best one I've seen yet.
Adagio has that hateable, alpha bitch look on her face that suits her and joins both a girlish style to her clothes with the purple dress but combined a more goth approach with the arm warmers, bra straps sticking out of the shoulders and bike shorts.Β Well, I have a soft spot for girls wearing bike shorts.Β Suits her leadership, queen bee, 'cruel intention' look great.
Aria is simple and to the point.Β She has that full blown tomboy, tsundere, muscle of the group, knuckle cracking, "what did you say to me bitch," "who you calling chick," "you trying to look up Sonata's skirt you pervert" tough girl look to a tee.Β She's like Raphael from the 2012 cartoon series, minus the character development and more of the angry rage of course.
And then there's my favorite one, Sonata.Β A total airhead and the most girlish out of the three.Β But she still has a gothic look to her clothes.Β And how can you hate any girl with a face like that?Β You monster.

This is a great picture of the Dazzlings. Something about the style you've used makes them appear a bit more three-dimensional, not just visually but personality-wise as well. You're good!
One aspect of this piece that sets it apart from most Dazzling images is that instead of inducing fawning over sweet, failing-to-be-evil Sonata, this image more pushes the notion that Aria is going to make you her bitch and you are going to like it, whether you like it or not.

Weird but sincere statements aside, though, I love both the painterly style of this with the blocky but detailed shading and the sheer amount of character you put into them. It's to the point of slight exaggeration, but the "oversaturation" obviously helps get them as characters across even better. And the background is both nicely rendered in and isn't overdetailed, keeping the focus square on the three of them and not letting the eye wander while still looking good and framing them well as well as locating them in the world in a situation/location I can easily picture them in.
(And yes, I still love Adagio most even here... doesn't mean I don't love the other two, though.)

Well, looking at your lovely Aria from way back when, I'd say you're doing well in terms of quality. The style is similar, but I'd say your execution of it has improved. Curious how that happens, when you come back to art after a long break and it comes out better even though you haven't drawn anything in the meanwhile - that happened to me only once, given how little I art, but still. I think it's because you work out the details better in your head subconsciously.
(Also, Aria is still amazingly pleasant to look at when she doesn't look full of hostility.)
