For a little while, these two have been in a raging battle over who was to me my favorite pony. I said in a previous pic that it was Sweetie Belle, but now I think it's back to Fluttershy. I started to realize that I may like Fluttershy more because of her character development that's happened over the coarse of the series. Don't get me wrong- Sweetie Belle has definitely matured since her first appearance. But I feel that Season 1 Fluttershy and Seasons 4-5 Fluttershy aren't even the same pony. Compare her actions in the series premiere and The Ticket Master to her actions in Tanks for the Memories and Make New Friends but Keep Discord. While both of these ponies have grown over the coarse of their adventures, Fluttershy's is just more prominent to me than Sweetie Belle's.
...Sweetie Belle doesn't seem to be taking this very well.
