Description This fishing boat although looking like its on its last legs is actually an active fishing vessel, moored at the quayside of Looe Harbour. This quaint Cornish fishing village is one of my favuorites along the Cornish Coast.

thanks- It was a little bold to include the ship in the picture at such close range, but I thought it added a lot of character and ambience to an otherwise ordinary fishing village shot

yup, lovely piece pam. i like how the sun has just burst through the clouds and lit up the houses, making the background lighter, a nice touch

yeah, its something i should definitely do more. we'd actually just been to a park in newbury in search of photos, but that outing was a case of so many 'nearlies' for both of us. so i was pretty pleased to see the field on the way back. lots more opportunities for photos to come though so watch this space...

another brilliant harbourscape i like the way the rust colours are mirrored in the building across the water and i like the way the houses are poking out of the hillside. Nice shot and a great composition Pam

Looks like a lovely place alright. Cornwall is nice... I was down in ...what's it called... Damn, I forgot the name of the place. A little fishing village, it got flooded a couple of years back...
