i knew from the title that this would be a and i was correct fantastic composition here, its a V shape which draws your eye in. theres something about the clear sky and the untrodden snow that really appeals. top notch

I love the way the sun on the tree in the foreground throws it righ forward and could almost be coming out of the shot, while the trees in shadow go right back. This is a brilliant shot, just enough untrodden snow

the reason this picture catches my eye, im sure its by complete chance but because of the cloud in the top left and the way the light falls on the snow and trees, this picture could almost be distinguishable as two images pasted together.
the way the light falls on the snow, almost mimics identicably the cloud at the top... its so strange but fascinatingly cool!

if by some chance you intended for that to happen. i will bow down and kiss your feet now because THAT is amazing.

compositionally this piece is fantastic, there are asymetrical lines everywhere, but done in a way that they are hidden adn the piece is intresting yet balanced all over. great use of contrast between colors and incorporating colors all over to tie the image together.... astounding piece of work!

wow- what a fantastic comment-. Thanks for putting so much thought into your analysis. When I took the photo, I realised the various types of light and was one of the things I wanted to capture, but hadn't noticed in all honesty the mimic of the cloud by the ground, on a conscious level. What I would have seen was the balance of the contrasts and shapes and worked around that.
